Diamond Hand Profilers

Here you'll find a selection of diamond hand profiler units that work with hand-held grinders for use on a variety of stone types or concrete. All models are vacuum brazed hand profilers fitted with 5/8”-11 thread connecters for easy attachment to your hand-grinder. These stone hand profiler units each feature a dense, rubber bearing guide to reduce the vibration and also act to protect the stone being smoothed from becoming tarnished by the profiler.

A concrete hand profiler or diamond profile wheel, also known as a hand router bit, is perfect for making roundovers, bevels, ogees and bullnoses on concrete, natural stone, engineered-stone and even porcelain tile countertops. They're available in the following roundover sizes: 3/16”, 3/8”, 1/2”, 3/4”, . Full bullnose profilers come in 2 cm, 3 cm & 4 cm sizes. All are course grit.
