Dry diamond polishing pads are used "on the spot" where wet use is not allowed. They can achieve great polishing results as the wet polishing pads do. When used dry, 2000 to 8000 rpm is allowed. A whole set comes in with 8 pieces: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, 3000 grit, and a buff.
